南宁最高档叫什么湖的房产才4000－5000多。一位卫生厅的处长说很贵。偶劝立马购买。这是2007年11月的事情。那时福州五一路的房产已经是10000元了。

可是你現在看看....因為沒市場/ 終止發展; 這些房子都要改為酒家.....
